With over 20 years of diverse experience with talent, culture and development, I have held various leadership roles mainly in the hospitality and entertainment space. My career has been a combination of exciting challenges and rewarding achievements. Which have most recently included orchestrating strategies for growth as the Global HR Director for a thriving hostel chain in Southeast Asia. Working alongside the CEO of an industry leading entertainment group, developing the team for growth. Holding the role of HR Director at one of London's most prestigious, five star hotels and working for an industry, leading cruise ship company.
